1. No Employment Guarantee
LeadRises is an AI-powered career guidance platform. We do not guarantee jobs, interviews, offers, recruiter responses, or hiring outcomes. Your results depend entirely on your qualifications, effort, market conditions, and employer decisions. Any "success stories" or metrics shown are illustrative examples, not guarantees of individual results.
2. AI Accuracy Disclaimer
AI-generated content — including resumes, cover letters, coaching advice, salary estimates, and interview responses — may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. Users must review and verify all AI outputs before use. LeadRises is not liable for any inaccuracies or consequences arising from using AI-generated content in job applications, professional communications, or career decisions.
3. User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for: (a) the accuracy of personal information submitted to the platform; (b) compliance with all job application requirements and employer policies; (c) professional and ethical use of all generated content; (d) respecting third-party privacy when using outreach templates or connection messages. LeadRises content must not be used for spam, misrepresentation, or any activity that violates platform terms of third-party services (e.g., LinkedIn).
4. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are non-refundable after AI credits have been consumed. Monthly plan credits reset on each billing date — unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle. Top-up credits (purchased separately) expire if your subscription lapses or your account is cancelled. We offer a 7-day refund on first-time monthly plan purchases only if fewer than 10 AI credits have been consumed. Contact myleadrises@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order ID to request a refund.
5. Limitation of Liability
LeadRises' total liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount paid by that user in the 3 months preceding the claim. LeadRises is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages — including loss of employment opportunities, loss of income, loss of data, or reputational harm — arising from use of the platform, AI-generated content, or reliance on any career guidance provided.
