Billing & Refund Policy - Please Read Before Purchasing
No Refunds on Subscriptions
All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. Once a plan is activated and AI credits are granted, no refunds will be issued - regardless of usage. By proceeding to checkout, you agree to this policy.
Credit Top-Ups Are Non-Refundable
Purchased AI credit packs cannot be refunded once added to your balance. Credits have no cash value outside the LeadRises platform.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription anytime. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period. Your access continues until the period ends.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Filing a chargeback without first contacting support may result in immediate account suspension. We will resolve any legitimate billing issue within 48 hours. Contact myleadrises@gmail.com first.
